The nikah in Islam is a contract between a male and a female. This is a sacred relationship and is not something that can be broken easily. Divorce:

In Pakistan, divorce does not just happen as soon as the words of talaq are pronounced. After the talaq, there is an iddat period also. This iddat period is a grace period of 90 days. During these 90 days, the husband and wife can rejoin. The divorce gets finalized only when the couple is issued the divorce certificate in Pakistan. Khula:
