Which Nikah is Haram in Islam & Pakistan?
For a valid nikah in Islam, the nikah should be done according to the mandatory requirements of the religion. Not all marriages done by Muslims are valid. Some of the marriages are considered haram (void). Even if these marriages are done, they will be void. Void marriages as per Islam are also void according to Pakistani law. Forced Marriage:
Forced marriage is not permitted in Islam and Pakistan. The male and female should give their offer and acceptance of their own free will. If the nikah was done against the will of the male and the female, it will be considered haram in Islam. Such a marriage will also be void according to Pakistani law. The law is strict in Pakistan on forced marriages. The females in Pakistan are empowered to do nikah on their own choice. They can even avail themselves of the services of court marriage in Pakistan. Same gender Marriage:

Nikah Without Witness:
The nikah in Islam should be done in the presence of at least two witnesses. Any marriage done without the witnesses will be haram. In Pakistan, the marriage cannot be registered without witnesses.
Nikah With a Marriage Female:
In Islam, a married male can marry up to four wives, but a married wife cannot marry someone else. A female who is married cannot marry someone. If she wants to get married, then she has to take khula from the court, and after the khula, she has to obtain her divorce certificate in Pakistan. Without the certificate, she will be considered married.

Nikah Without Haq Mehar:
The nikah without Haq Mehar is harmful. Haq Mehar, or dower amount, should be mentioned at the time of nikah. This is also important for legal processes like Nikah Nama Registration.
Marriage During Iddat:
The marriage during the iddat of the female is also haram. Such marriages may also create complications when applying for a Marriage Certificate Pakistan.
Mutah Marriage:
According to some scholars, the Mutah marriage is also haram. They take the plea that if the intention at the time of marriage is to give divorce later on to the wife, then the marriage itself is batil.
